Acceptance of Terms

a. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

b. Digital Learning and CBT Solutions Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Use of the Platform

a. The Platform is intended for personal, commercial and non-commercial use related to online and physical training and CBT engagement with this online platform.

b. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the Platform.

c. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Platform, including for the purpose of making payment.

d. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your profile and for all activities that occur under your profile.

e. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited activities.

Intellectual Property

a. The Platform and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Digital Learning and CBT Solutions Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform or its content without Digital Learning and CBT Solutions Ltd's prior written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

a. Digital Learning and CBT Solutions Ltd respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

b. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

a. Digital Learning and CBT Solutions Ltd is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Platform or any reliance on the information provided on the Platform.

b. Digital Learning and CBT Solutions Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors that may occur in the operation of the Platform or the processing of payments.

c. Digital Learning and CBT Solutions Ltd shall without prior notice to discontinue training or terminate access to online resources before the time for its expiration, or the services for which payments were made were completed before the end of the timeline, if it is in the public interest to do so or ordered by an appropriate authority to do so and such decision is binding on users

d. payment, once made, cannot be refunded or transferred to a third party for any reason.

e. Digital Learning and CBT Solutions Ltd shall not apportion payment for any training missed by any user under any circumstances or accept a lower fee for any service on the grounds of late joining by a user, or be made to offer additional service(s) to cover training missed by any user

Indemnification

a. You agree to indemnify and hold Digital Learning and CBT Solutions Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

a. These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.

b. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Learning and CBT Solutions Ltd regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
